The success of our business rests purely in the culture of having a high quality, highly motivated, bright, passionate focused team who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and deliver tangible results to clients on time.

Here are some questions potential candidates should really think about:

Can you work in an often unstructured environment yet focus and correctly prioritise and get results?

Do you want more than a job?  We have a close knit team within the work environment and socially. We work hard and play (quite) hard together.  Both have become an important part of our culture but the work and results for clients comes first always.

What motivates you?  Are you really committed to building a true partnership with clients and doing whatever it takes to get them results?

If you know you’re not and just focused on money, it will show and then it’s of no use. The whole business is based on serving clients, (and strategically growing profits quickly of course), but serving clients correctly comes 1st, as that’s what leads to profits and new ventures and partnerships, not the other way around.

We’re not some outdated ruthless money grabbing culture a la Goldman Sachs for instance.  We’re a new model culture more along the lines of Google.

Are you willing to be responsible for projects & clients assigned to you and willing to take new initiatives and own up quickly if they go wrong?  It’s ok to fail on a new initiative if it’s done quickly using a low cost, time efficient agile methodology test, and likewise it’s ok not to know how to do something new you haven’t done before, as long as you then ask and learn and implement.

It’s not ok to make the exact same mistake over and over or keep asking the same thing, it’s up to you to find it out, learn it and know it.   And it’s not ok to bluff your way through or to hide negative results until it’s too late.

Everyone makes a few mistakes and that’s ok if we know about them quickly (especially company critical tasks) so we can resolve them quickly as well and avoid disasters.  Speed and honesty is critical.

Associates gain experience through “learning by doing” and informal, day-to-day mentoring. The outcome is an enriching experience, personally and professionally. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Current vacancies:

None right now. I’m afraid we only occasionally recruit when our business requires it, but virtually no-one seems to be leaving.  Not a bad sign but probably not what you wanted to hear. May be check again in 6 months.  Thanks very much for your interest.
